Dr. Alex Rahimi is an Addiction Psychiatrist currently stationed at Alexander T. Augusta Military Medical
Center on Fort Belvoir, where he serves as the Chief of the Residential Treatment Facility for Substance
Use Disorders. He is a graduate of the Uniformed Services University, completed Residency in Psychiatry at Tripler Army Medical Center and Fellowship in Addiction Psychiatry at Yale School of Medicine. He is passionate about improving the delivery of evidence based, person centered Addictions care in the active duty population.
